Open Letter to Cavan Monaghan Council
You seem to have a misunderdstanding of what a Democratic Gov't constitutes with regards to the Fraserville Project and the Water Diversion Plan:
You are elected by the people
You listen to the people
You speak for the people
It seems you have added an obligation which is not in your mandate
You think for the people
Get back on track we are a Democratic Township and Country
