When is the Fraserville project break even point?
If the purpose of the mega-development in Fraserville is to recognize some future tax revenues for the township, how long will it take before the township reaches a break even point with all the tax payer dollars that have already been spent and have yet to be spent on this project? Is there any guarantee that the township break even point will be met before the lands surrounding Fraserville are annexed to Peterborough?
